Fixes Issue with failure to start time-lapse

Fixes an issue that causes the time-lapse to fail to start in certain cases. A special thanks to Peter Moyer for his excellent debugging assistance in tracking down this bug. The issue of the time-lapse failing to start happened on devices that had never used the wifi app and recently upgraded the firmware.

Button backlight settings have been added in this release as well.
