v1.5.0 -- 11 January 2017

This release adds support for several cameras that were previously not fully working and improves overall stability and performance.

Note: after updating, the VIEW will restart to load the new kernel.

  • Updated Camera Support including Canon 5D mark IV, 80D, 1DxII, Nikon D80, Nikon D800(e) improvements
  • Liveview support for newer Sony Alpha cameras
  • Half-stop camera parameters now supported
  • Completely new button driver for better reliability and responsiveness (fixes issue #3 )
  • Status bar icons added for wifi, view.tl, camera and bluetooth
  • Send camera report via Settings->Send Camera Report to aid in adding new cameras and debugging camera issues
