• Protect resolv.conf (lead to unusable network on WiFi / LTE change)
• wittypi: fixed file open limit in combination with mqttutil (wouldn't close i2c bus file and run into open file limit)

ERRATA: Doesn't reach time-sync.target in some cases - don't use!
