Re-activating connections unnecesarily may lead to conflicts between nm-initrd-generator profiles and administratively deployed profiles for the same devices. Inline with ongoing improvements in configure-ovs: * Only activate connections that are not activated. * Retry when activating connections * Avoid NM restart * Retry getting the ofport of an interface Signed-off-by: Jaime Caamaño Ruiz <[email protected]>
