Changes to the AQM chapter after changes to task scripts and some files were made last March.

Hi @selbigmtnwx23. During today's SRW code management meeting, it was discussed whether the AQM and FAQ chapters should be split or included in a single PR. Looking at PR #1184, both the AQM and FAQ chapters are being updated. If all of the intended changes for AQM are in that PR, then we will move forward with only PR #1184. If there are additional changes that need to be applied to the AQM chapter in PR #1184, please apply them there and we can close this PR. Thanks!
