DESCRIPTION OF CHANGES:

Removed all GFDLgrid configuration parameters, predefined grids, scripts, documentation, and WE2E tests in the SRW App.

• Removing support for a legacy feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)

Documentation:

• Removed set_gridparams_GFDLgrid from the technical documentation
• Removed the GDFLgrid configuration parameters from ConfigWorkflow.rst
