The group list and card list can be switched to show or hide from the settings.
Option to display truncated 16 characters instead of the full text.

設定からグループ一覧、カード一覧それぞれ表示、非表示を切り替えられるようにした。
全文表示せずに16文字で切り詰めて表示するオプション。
