unity-analytics-sdap v0.1.0

This an initial release that includes a script to create NetCDF files that are suitable for ingest into the Science Data Analytics Platform (SDAP). In particular, the output products are assured to have properly structured time, latitude and longitude variables and comply with CF Conventions as recommended by the SDAP community.
