Instead of allowing users to request CPU and memory for a job separately, we should allow them to select a specific EC2 type. This allows for consistent successful execution of CWL workflows on the requested machine, as opposed to allow Karpenter too much flexibility in choosing an EC2 type within the allowed pool.
