Note: CIMG and rapidxml are currently missing from the install.
Note: I couldn't test this with an actual system-installed package,
since Debian has not packaged rapidxml.
Instead of PREFIX/clandmark/{lib,include}, use PREFIX/{lib,include}.
Buildsystem changes to make clandmark easier to use
