Just a few tweaks to get things working on SystemD. This is mostly just:

  1. Changing some system commands..
  2. Removing some unneeded repos (now that OLSRd is in apt).
  3. Sidestepping the php5 to 7 jump with another common php5 repo. I see someone else has a PR for this kind of work. So when that is pulled in, this can be removed.
  4. A few other tweaks and fixes.
