Here are Release Notes and System Requirements.

CMake configuration files in the binary packages are now located under <tbb-root>/lib[/<intel64|ia32>]/cmake/TBB.
For example, for Linux 64-bit TBB_DIR should be set to <tbb-root>/lib/intel64/cmake/TBB.
