Main Spark Notebook

All code for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) is encompassed here. Notebook was executed on a seperate EC2 instance, mapped to an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Elastic Map Reduce (EMR) cluster through Sparkmagic configuration.
