The Script folder
Just like in Animal Crossing: New Leaf, Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer has the a folder called Script in it's ROM. It serves the same purpose as the one that appears in New Leaf.
Happy Home Designer cuts down on the files and folders seen in Script from 8 to 5. This is due some folders being removed from this game compared to New Leaf.

Str seems to work exactly like New Leaf's does.
Talk is where all dialog is stored, and is also the biggest folder of all of them. Talk also has less files then New Leaf (Hence why I've given it's own sub section here), having only 455 files compared to 2,615 files. Much less daunting if you ask me.
Just like New Leaf's Script folder, it's a folder, and it exists.
