DCS F-4E Maintenance Release

• Added telemetry hooks needed to enable the damage effect
• Added 'stick/pedal' shaker effect
  • Disabled by default but set-up in F-4E profile to activate at 22.3deg AoA
  • Is only a pedal feature IRL for the F-4E, but can be enabled on joystick and/or pedals
• Disabled for default F-4E profile as they conflict with HB's native implementation of each:
  • G-force effect
  • Gear Buffeting
  • Stall Buffeting
  • Speedbrake Buffeting
  • Afterburner Rumble
