Welcome to the PDS Wiki!

PDS is an initialism for Paleo Data Search. The PDS repository is a collection of Matlab functions and live scripts that give the user access to the Paleo web server API from the National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI).

The goal of this project is to make it easy for researchers to quickly access paleoclimate data sets from the NCEI archive, including but not limited to:

• boreholes
• ice cores
• speleothems
• tree rings
• and more
