This PR adds a feature, that populates latest
jail_app.confandjail_app.conf.sigcorresponding tosdkVersionevery time on native app install.For 2019 models having k5lp SoC, default jailer config misses
/dev/rtkmemcausing A/V related apps to crash (e.g. Kodi, Moonlight), this feature fixes that.
