311-crime

BDAD Project for relating 311 calls in NYC, Parking violations and demographics of the city.

The final code is in the root of mvc.scala

Four datasets are needed:

1. ShapeFile.jar needs to be kept at a location accessible for the spark-shell
2. 311_Service_Requests_from_2011.csv
3. MotorColl.csv
4. ACS_16_5YR_DP05.csv

The bottom thre datasets need to kept in HDFS directory in bdad subfolder with same name
