Fix Vulnerable Packages in Test Site (#121)

Run `npm audit fix --force` to fix all vulnerable dependencies (some
vulnerabilities require --force).
`npm install` shows "found 0 vulnerabilities".

TEST=auto, manual

All tests should pass.
Opened up the test site and clicked all buttons. Confirmed all 200s.
