I don't think you need to publish new versions for Chat as the affected dep is for development/linting purposes (in devDep) and doesn't affect our actual package code -- unlike the change in @yext/eslint-config that require a new version so Chat repos can use it. Could you also link the PR from @yext/eslint-config in the description?
