后台配置中有一项：
本地SVIP账号Cookie（描述：此处填写SVIP账号Cookie，如果不是SVIP账号，获取的下载链接将会限速。如果启用数据库，当数据库无可用账号，将会使用此账号。）
但在实际使用中发现，当数据库中无账号进行下载时，并不会使用该Cookie，而是会使用本地普通账号Cookie。
修复上述问题。
