This converts the built-in themes to the new spec. I also made some effort to make sure all themes do not use the background color to mark text (so that it doesn't appear as if the Zellij text selection isn't working if one uses the theme's background color as their terminal background).
Some of these themes still require some work - which was out of scope for me here - but I'll accept contributions if people want to work on them.
