This conditionally adds the resize alt-shortcuts (
Alt <+->) to the UI if there is more than one tiled/floating pane. The change focus shortcuts now also fall under this condition. Meaning if there's only one tiled/floating pane, we'll only see thenewandfloatingalt shortcut indicators, and otherwise we'll see all four (new,change focus,resize,floating).
