ci: twister: Set build job timeout to 24 hours

This commit increases the twister build job timeout from the default value of 6 hours to 24 hours because scheduled (weekly) build runs take longer than 6 hours to complete. Signed-off-by: Stephanos Ioannidis <[email protected]>
