Provides a recipe to install and configure apcupsd, a daemon for for monitoring compatible UPS devices.

include_recipe "apcupsd" or add it to your runlist.
Each attribute maps to a configurable in apcupsd.conf. Consult the template file or generated conf file for a description of each attribute. If no changes are made to attributes, a standalone USB-connected UPS is assumed.
