v6.0.0 - ALPHA 2

This is the second alpha of 6.0.0, featuring the new rust based parser.

Things in this are slightly rough, this is for power users only

Your mod cache will be rebuilt using this alpha (and every for every version that comes after this - I feel it's fast enough now, and it let me dump a ton of conditional tests on updates)

Please report problems in #267 - the plan is to be in beta testing by the end of the weekend on this one I hope
