The Modify Page is actually 2 Layers Rotate and Modify.

Modify Rotate

Here we can choose to rotate the Strip.

Modify Rotate Animation frames for 360°

Choose how many frames it should take to do one complete rotation.

Modify Rotate Fixed

This can be used as a fix if a Strip is missaligned or if you want to do a Static rotation. Set the Animation Frames to 0 to do a Static rotation.

Modify Mirror

This is a Mirror effect that mirrors the Strip.
