Incorporating the latest changes for SIM and ODT reconstruction using a proximal gradient descent framework
Major changes since the last version include
- An object oriented interface for many DMD simulation tasks. A number of DMD models are supported by default, and interfaces for new models are easy to add.
- Added GUI DMD diffraction explorer to examples
- Added GPU accelerated Mie theory field calculations for dielectric spheres
- Moved various functions from sim_reconstruction.py to fft.py
- Added approach to extract more diagnostic information during ODT field reconstruction with dask
