remove fork of 'joint_trajectory_controller'

The Franka ROS 2 node used a fork of 'joint_trajectory_controller' (JTC)
with ros-controls/ros2_controllers#558. This PR
has been merged and is part of the 'joint_trajectory_controller' package
since version 2.30.0.

Remove the custom fork and use the upstream version instead.
