Case: Issues with messaging/sharing/changing permissions for other user. Solution: username entered incorrectly, wrong provider selected
Case: Issues viewing messages. Solution: Use refresh button, sometimes they do not populate right away. Messages are not lost, still safely stored in Pod
Case: Issues with logging in/app doesn't function. Solution: .env not set up properly. Create a new .env file in the root directory. Fill it in with relevant data
