Allow configuring a SIP username to be sent in outgoing call requests to identify the home assistant source endpoint.

Allow configuring a SIP username to be sent in outgoing call requests to identify the home assistant source endpoint.

Lets do it without advanced checkbox. Guess its all advanced anyway.
