markovwavsWrapper.m 
top level script

test_convert_audio_to_pitch.m   
this is from the chroma toolbox, uses a bunch of other function calls/scripts
from that toolbox

extract_midi_sequence.m 
Generates a midi file

markov_music.m  
learns a 1st order Markov chain and generates a random sequence of notes from
that process

markov2_music.m 
learns a 2nd order markov chain and generates a sequence of notes from that
process
