Chaotic Developments

Since finishing my thesis, I've continued to make sporadic changes. Some have added functionality and some have fixed bugs. The development has been more or less unfunded, so it's been a bit sloppier than I'd like. There may be some bugs. This version should be a little easier to install because it specifies an older version of rasterstats with which OpticalRS is compatible. ...but it isn't, because I didn't update the requirements in the right place. Darn. I'm going to create v1.0.4 now.

Thesis version.

This version goes along with my recently submitted PhD thesis (Kibele, In Review) and with our paper on KNN depth estimation (Kibele and Shears, In Review).
