Since finishing my thesis, I've continued to make sporadic changes. Some have added functionality and some have fixed bugs. The development has been more or less unfunded, so it's been a bit sloppier than I'd like. There may be some bugs. This version should be a little easier to install because it specifies an older version of rasterstats with which OpticalRS is compatible. ...but it isn't, because I didn't update the requirements in the right place. Darn. I'm going to create v1.0.4 now.
