I converted the code that we use in the Positron docs home page screenshot to a notebook for the Jupyter Notebooks docs. I thought it might be helpful to store it here for future reference and/or tests.

I am just now noticing that there is a typo in this notebook that does unfortunately also show up at https://positron.posit.co/jupyter-notebooks.html 🙈

The correct spelling is "galactocentric" and not "galactoecentric". I apologize for not seeing this in my previous review or in Slack! Do you mind updating here and then also doing a PR to update the screenshot on the website?
