Bandits for Resource Allocation

Code for workshop paper Reconciling Risk Allocation and Prevalence Estimation in Public Health Using Batched Bandits at NeurIPS Machine Learning in Public Health Workshop, 2021.

This repo contains:

• effect_of_testing.ipynb which generates a graph illustrating the model dynamics and the effects of testing.
• simulate.ipynb which runs the simulations and plots the results of strategies on disease spread and population estimation.
