New portable binary release

New Windows portable binary release can be downloaded from the homepage of the project (http://digikom.hu/download/GeoEasy_version_.zip). The unzipped portable version can be copied to a folder onyour computer or a USB thumb drive and used from there without installation. In the portable version the GPX and KML export will not work until you set an enviroment variable:

setx PROJ_LIB=installation-folder-of-GeoEasy
