Windows thinks Pop Pixie is a virus

While Pop Pixie will never (intentionally) harm your computer, some antivirus programs (including Windows Defender) may incorrectly flag Pop Pixie as a virus. If this happens, follow these instructions to run Pop Pixie anyway.
This guide assumes the use of Windows Defender. If you're using a different antivirus provider, check that provider's website for instructions on running incorrectly flagged applications.
Some web browsers will prevent you from downloading anything they think is a virus. In some cases, this can be impossible to bypass without temporarily disabling your antivirus. If these steps don't work for you, or if you're using a browser not listed here, we recommend using Mozilla Firefox.
