Attended by Ben Webb, Tom Goddard, Mike Goodstadt, David Castillo and Brinda Vallat
The meeting focused on addressing Mike and David's questions regarding the IHM dictionary and how to adapt the same for the 3D Genome structures. Specifically, the crosslinking restraint categories and spherical bead representation categories were discussed. David will work on generating the data file for a 3D genome model in the next couple of weeks.
We need a method for representing a hierarchy of structural components in 3D genome structures.
The ihm_struct_assembly category provides a way of achieving this. However, the hierarchy is
implicit and not explicitly defined. Brinda will discuss with John.
