IHM Meeting Summary Mar 29, 2018

Attended by Ben Webb and Brinda Vallat

1. The Nup133 structure is now complete and can be released. This was generated using the new python-ihm package.

2. Other structures in the pipeline from IMP include:

   • spindle pole body
   • Nup82
   • Pom152

3. We are working to provide persistent DOIs for the NPC structures, so that they can be linked from the publication.

4. BW will create an issue on the IHM Dictionary github site about extending the mmCIF Dictionary Software Suite so that it can be used for validating data files against the complete IHM dictionary and the PDBx/mmCIF dictionary.

5. BV will create an issue on the python-ihm github site about providing support for generic distance restraints.

6. The next meeting will be on Thursday, April 5th 2018, at 12:00 PM Eastern time.
