IHM Meeting Summary Oct 4, 2017

Attended by Ben Webb, Tom Goddard, David Castillo and Brinda Vallat

1. Fly genome structure has been updated to handle structural hierarchies. Tom will visualize it with ChimeraX and provide additional suggestions to address Issue 44.

2. Issue 43: Representative models can be part of an ensemble (e.g.: best scoring model) or can be identified as a separate group outside of the ensemble (e.g.: centroid of a cluster). Current dictionary allows for both representations. Additional data items will be added to the dictionary to clarify these cases, provide additional details and annotate the representative appropriately.

3. Issue 41 has been addressed in the current dictionary update.

4. Issue 45 has been addressed in the current dictionary update.

5. Crosslinking categories have been updated to account for crosslinks applied to atoms (rather than residues). Enumerations have been added to the types of linkers used in CX-MS experiments. These may later be updated to the chemical component dictionary (Issue 38) or may be changed to use generic name & details data items rather than an enumerated list.
